What is personal information?

“Personal information” is information or an opinion about an identifiable individual (whether true or not, and whether recorded in a material form or not). It includes details you provide directly, information we generate while delivering services, and information available from public sources or service providers.

Information we collect

Why we collect it

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you (meetings, calls, email, web forms, social media, remote sessions) and from publicly available sources or trusted providers (e.g., vendor/distributor portals used for procurement). We’ll provide opt-out options for marketing messages.

How we use your information

We generally use personal information for the purpose it was collected, or for related purposes you’d reasonably expect. Typical uses include contacting you, provisioning or supporting services, performing security checks, processing payments, maintaining records, and performing targeted or general marketing (with an opt-out available in every marketing email).

Sharing your information

We don’t sell your personal information. We may share it with third parties who help us operate, subject to confidentiality and appropriate safeguards:

Data hosting & cross-border

How we protect your data

We apply technical, physical and administrative safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We monitor systems for vulnerabilities and maintain procedures to respond to incidents, including notifying you and authorities where legally required. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to continually improve our controls.

Your rights

How long we keep information

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements.

Accessing & correcting information

To request access to the personal information we hold about you, or to request a correction, please contact us (see “Contact us”). We’ll respond within the timeframes required by law.
