Stratus Tech Aus (ABN 65 507 324 355) (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole trader business providing IT support, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity and procurement services. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
We aim to comply with Australian privacy law including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Even if the small business exemption could apply to a sole trader under the Privacy Act, we choose to follow the APPs as a matter of good practice and to meet client expectations. Where applicable, we also follow the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.

What is personal information?

- Identity / onboarding — information provided for account setup and verification (e.g., full name; if required for ID verification, photo ID and basic demographic info).

- IT/cloud/security/hosting providers and tools used for service delivery and support.

Data hosting & cross-border
Our website is primarily hosted in Australia. Some trusted providers we use may process data in other countries. Where information is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in a way that provides comparable protections.
